The Herald Sun sheds a little more light on the reported delay to Rove in 2010, with reports it will not return to air until half way through next year.
CHANNEL 10 will be without its star performer, Rove McManus, when next year’s ratings season begins in February. McManus has decided to delay the return of his self-titled talk show until later next year.
He will wrap up Rove for this year with his final show on November 15.
Ten will have had a total of 36 episodes of the show this year, however, with his delayed start to next year, it is likely that the network will have less than that for next year’s season.
No light could be shed yesterday on McManus’s decision to delay the return of Rove to Ten’s schedule. The show, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, has been on a ratings rollercoaster.
