“I don’t know what the future holds,” he said. “The show is going really well here at the moment and I’m really enjoying it. (But) it would be great to have a cheque in American dollars.”

Rove’s first US show will be broadcast from New York on July 22 with another from Los Angeles the following week. Guests include Adam Sandler, Good Charlotte and The Simpsons movie cast.
